The Liver Cancer (HCC) Clinic offers coordinated, multidisciplinary care for patients with hepatocellular carcinoma — from surveillance and diagnosis through to locoregional therapy, systemic treatment, and transplant evaluation where appropriate.
Who this clinic is for
Patients with cirrhosis under HCC surveillance, a new liver lesion suspicious for cancer, or an existing HCC diagnosis seeking staging, treatment planning, or a second opinion.
Diagnostic and staging workup
Contrast imaging (CT/MRI, contrast-enhanced ultrasound), tumour marker assessment, and liver reserve/Child-Pugh and BCLC staging to guide treatment selection.
Treatment options coordinated through this clinic
Radiofrequency ablation, TACE, TARE (Y-90 radioembolization), systemic therapy including immunotherapy for advanced disease, and liver transplant evaluation for eligible patients — decided via multidisciplinary discussion.
OPD: Friday, 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM.
