The Autoimmune Liver Disease Clinic manages patients with autoimmune hepatitis, primary biliary cholangitis, primary sclerosing cholangitis, and overlap syndromes — conditions that require long-term, specialist-led immunosuppressive or bile-acid-directed therapy.
Who this clinic is for
Patients with unexplained abnormal liver tests and positive autoimmune markers, biopsy-confirmed autoimmune liver disease, or those already on treatment seeking ongoing specialist follow-up or a second opinion.
Diagnostic workup offered
Autoimmune serology, liver biopsy interpretation where relevant, cholangiography (MRCP) for suspected biliary involvement, and fibrosis staging.
Treatment approach
Individualised immunosuppressive regimens for autoimmune hepatitis, bile-acid-directed therapy for cholestatic autoimmune diseases, and structured long-term monitoring for treatment response, relapse, and disease progression.
OPD: Thursday, 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM.
